This will be done using our insurance pre-approved pricing software for fire damage, and our report will be sent to you and your insurance carrier. This is instrumental to documenting the scope of work and assuring insurance coverage.
Mitigating Damage – immediate response to fire damage, can prevent further damages! Western Sky team will then, take these steps initially to protect your home and your positions. This includes water removal if fire fighters were called out, and boarding up your home, if any windows, doors, or access was opened up during firefighting efforts. Applying temporary roof covers, or anything that ensures the safety of the occupant and their property. These first steps are critical to preventing theft or any structural damage associated with water damage and the possible resulting mold.
What is going to happen with my damaged furniture and/or contents?
Contents Inventory and Pack Out – If your positions are damaged from the fire , they will be thoroughly inventoried and properly packed/boxed and sent to our secure, storage facility. Then Western Sky’s professional cleaning technicians will remove soot, and smoke odor to restore your personal possessions to pre-loss condition or better.
Structural Cleaning and Reconstruction – Rest assured, your home is in good hands with Western Sky . We will remove all the debris, clean and disinfect the structure, and rebuild your house. We are a, licensed and insured general contractor. We are familiar with fire restoration and, will restore your house to being the home that you and your family remember.
Fire Damage Restoration:
Western Sky Construction is a, full service Fire Damage Restoration contractor that specializes in the needs of our customers in difficult situations. Our cleaning specialists, starts the process with an emergency clean of items that can be salvaged with prompt attention. Once the home has been cleaned and deodorized, our highly skilled contractors go into action with structural repairs.
We will do our best to restore your contents to a pre-loss condition. If we are not able to restore any items we will set them aside to be itemized and turned in to your insurance adjuster. Your adjuster will determine coverage according to your policy.
An initial assessment of your personal goods will be made and an inventory will be taken. No contents are disposed of without your consent as well as approval from your insurance adjuster. Items, which are deemed salvageable, are inventoried, carefully packed, moved off site and stored in our secured facility. These contents are then processed in our warehouse and stored until your repairs are completed. Once the repairs are completed, the processed contents are moved back to your home or business.
